At Five By Flynn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
